i had high hopes for this hotel, but alas, the broken balcony door and unclosable toilet left me feeling quite uncomfortable. plus, you’d think paying guests could expect a quick response—i was just waiting for a nice upgrade, but no such luck. absolutely dissapointing. i almost gave it a good review, but just couldn’t, you see.
